Before servicing a client program, all agents must successfully complete a client certification course. Certification is a key step in becoming a knowledgeable and professional remote service provider. Much like training required in other professional industries, these courses are designed to equip agents with the skills, tools, and confidence needed for success.

During the certification process, participants gain valuable insight into the client’s products and services, customer interactions, call types, systems, and best practices for delivering outstanding customer support.

​

Certification programs can range from 10 days to 8 weeks in length, depending on the client opportunity. Most sessions are approximately 4 hours per day and may include a combination of live instructor-led training, self-paced learning, and assignments completed outside of scheduled sessions. All training is conducted virtually through an interactive online platform featuring both video and audio instruction.
